Join Alyssa for a gentle evening flow to release from your day and feel ready for the week. Take time to connect with your breath, your body, and your beautiful self.
We will engage with an hour of movement, followed by half an hour of meditation.
You can choose to stay for mediation or wrap up your time at the end of our movement.

All STAR CAST SUMMER CLASS 2021
The 'All Star Cast' program is a class for SU students to learn to facilitate expressive arts workshops in a flexible and adaptive way.
Kath is faculty advisor for this class.
The company of community actors have a range of disabilities and the semester of weekly workshops offers opportunities for creative expression and co-creating a performance.
In 2020, the covid-19 emergency offered inspiration for us to host a 4-week summer class over Zoom during the SU recess, to support all of us feeling cut off from any regular schedule, and particularly to nurture this community that is connected through co-creating.
In the summer of 2021, we will again host a 4-week Music & Creative Arts workshop with the company of community actors.
