At CNY Music Therapy we recognize the importance of the breath, both in our singing and as a way to bring attention to our bodies to help us slow and reflect.
Alyssa is a trained yoga instructor and she invites us to make our own connections to nourish ourselves through Yoga, the breath and with music - all powerful tools to harness!
Alyssa says,
"In connecting with my breath, I've grown in connection to myself. I know how to use my breath to ease my anxiety, increase my energy and prepare myself for sleep. There is power in this that I hope everyone may be enabled to find within themselves."
